Suspension Reporting

Please use the Total Team Management (TTM) Off-Ice Office Suspension Reporting icon below to access the HEO District 2 Suspension Reporting System (SRS).

** For all A / AA OEMHL and UCMHL B Rep teams at all levels please also continue to report any suspensions through your respective leagues' suspension reporting process in addition to using the HEO D2 SRS below.



Reporting a Suspension

All major penalties, misconducts and suspensions MUST be reported within 24 hours from the infraction.

In addition ALL incidents of Head Contact (HC) and Checking From Behind (CFB) MUST be reported within 24 hours from the infraction. This applies to regular league games, tournament games and exhibition games.

How to report:

All infractions are to be reported through the TTM Off-Ice Office Suspension Reporting system.

Report games served:
All games served in a suspension must be entered into the TTM Off-Ice Office Suspension Reporting system.

Game Sheet

  • Game sheets must be uploaded to the infraction report within the TTM Off-Ice Office Suspension Reporting system. Clear pictures from smartphones are accepted.
  • Ensure that the name of the individual(s) serving a suspension is noted on the game sheet.
  • Ensure that the referee initials the individual(s) name.
  • Document which game is being served for the suspension, e.g. 1 of 3
  • Only regular season; tournament and playoff games are considered for serving a suspension.
  • Keep your copies of ALL game sheets showing suspensions being served till the following season.

Game Suspension

  • Not allowed to participate with team in any game (regular season; exhibition; tournament or playoff)
  • Only regular season, playoff and tournament games are considered when counting games served

Not allowed to be with the team before or after the game while the suspension is being served, only allowed in the public areas of the arena.

Time Suspension

  • An individual(s) is not allowed to participate with the team in ANY event or game until the suspension is served.

    Penalties
    1.  Severe suspensions are in place for coaches who fail to sit players/officials out for the proper suspension time.
    2.  Some competitive leagues have a provision for forfeiture of game for playing players not eligible.
